We’re so confident in our beautiful products that we offer an industry-first 30 day “time to reflect” period. During this period, we invite you to use our products, and if you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return them back to us and we’ll refund the purchase price.

Buying a pram is a big decision, we know this from firsthand experience. You can test drive your Redsbaby pram to become familiar with it and ensure it's right for you. As part of our 30 Day Trial period, we encourage you to take your pram for a stroll around the streets and practice getting it in and out your car. If, within 30 days, you decide the product isn’t for you, you can proceed with a return.

Returns Process:
Email us at info@redsbaby.com.au and we will respond within five (5) business days. For fast processing of your returns request, please be sure to include:

  • the reason for return (we use this feedback to continually improve);
  • your contact details;
  • your order number; and
  • product batch number.


Once we’ve received your return notification, we will acknowledge this via email and send you a return shipping label with instructions to drop off at your local post office, together with a returns shipping cost. Please note, we do not cover the cost of shipping the returned item(s).

Please note to return your item(s) within the trial period we request that the products are within a satisfactory condition subject to normal wear and tear that would be evident within a 30 day period. Items must be packed in their original Redsbaby carton. If the original packaging has been discarded, please contact our Customer Care team to request a replacement carton. Delivery of any replacement cartons is chargeable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you received a Gift with Purchase when you purchased your pram, this will also need to be returned with your pram. Please take care to repack the item(s) carefully.

Once we’ve received and inspected the product(s), we will contact you and arrange a refund of the purchase price (excluding the send and return shipping costs) via bank transfer to your nominated bank account. Note that we only accept returned items that show signs of normal wear and tear that you would expect in a 30 day period. We do not accept broken, damaged or soiled items.  

Colour change-of-minds

We will happily swap your pram for another colour-way (subject to availability), if you change your mind within your 30 Day Trial period. Please ensure your pram is unopened and in its original condition, then follow the Colour Change-of-mind Returns Process below;

The 30 day “time to reflect” period applies only to our 2018 Collection ( JIVE² Platinum, JIVE² and METRO² ) ordered from 1st November 2017. Your 30 Day Trial commences from the date your order is dispatched from the Redsbaby warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
