30 Day Trial




We’re so confident in our beautiful products that we offer an industry-first 30 day “time to reflect” period. During this period, we invite you to use our products, and if you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return them back to us and we’ll refund the purchase price.

Buying a pram and nursery furniture is a big decision, we know this from firsthand experience. You can test drive your Redsbaby products to become familiar with them and ensure they’re right for you. As part of our 30 day “time to reflect” period, we encourage you to take your pram for a stroll around the streets and practice getting it in and out your car, and set up your furniture in your nursery ready for baby’s arrival. If, after 30 days, you decide the product isn’t for you, you can proceed with a return.

Returns process:
Email us at info@redsbaby.com.au and we will respond within five (5) business days. For fast processing of your returns request, please be sure to include:

  • Subject line: "30-day return"
  • the reason for return (we use this feedback to continually improve);
  • your contact details;
  • your order number; and
  • product batch number - where to find the batch details:
    • Prams: the batch number is printed on a sticker that is located on the crossbar above the shopping basket on the stroller frame.
    • Furniture: Cot: Both sides of the base board and the Dresser: Either on the inside or outside of the backing.

Once we’ve received your return notification, we will acknowledge this via email and for prams, send you a return shipping label with instructions to drop off at your local Australia Post centre. For furniture, we will arrange a courier to collect the items as they are too bulky for Australia Post. As per our returns policy, we will deduct this return shipping cost from your refund amount before we pay it back to you.

Please note to return your item(s) within the trial period we request that the products must be packed in their original Redsbaby carton (furniture must be flat-packed). We do not accept returns under any circumstances when the carton has been thrown away or is unusable. We can send you a replacement carton if you require one, however, this charge and the shipping costs to send it to you, will be deducted from the refund amount. Please take care to repack the item carefully.

Once we’ve received and inspected the product, we will contact you and arrange a refund of the purchase price (excluding any other shipping costs) via bank transfer to your nominated bank account. Note that we only accept returned items that show signs of normal wear and tear that you would expect in a 30 day period. We do not accept items that are soiled, damaged or broken as a result of misuse. 

The 30 day “time to reflect” period applies only to our 2018 Collection ( JIVE² Platinum, JIVE², METRO² and PALOMA²) ordered from 1st November 2017. Your 30 Day Trial commences from the date your order is dispatched from the Redsbaby warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
