**Christmas and New Year Customer Care Hours**

We wish you and your family a happy and safe holiday.

Over the festive period, we will have lower than usual staffing levels. This may result in longer than normal response times across phone, email and social media. We appreciate your patience during this time. We will return to our usual staffing levels on Wednesday 3rd January 2018.

If your query is urgent, please call us on (02) 8287 8418 - Our Customer Care Team will be available via phone to assist you according to the below hours:

  • Monday 25th December 2017 (Christmas Day) - Closed
  • Tuesday 26th December 2017 (Boxing Day) - Closed
  • Wednesday 27th December 2017 - Open 9.00am - 4.30pm AEST
  • Thursday 28th December 2017 - Open 9.00am - 4.30pm AEST
  • Friday 29th December 2017 - Open 9.00am - 4.30pm AEST
  • Saturday 30th December 2017 (Weekend) - Closed
  • Sunday 31st December 2017 (Weekend) - Closed
  • Monday 1st January 2018 (New Year's Day) - Closed
  • Tuesday 2nd January 2018 - Open 9.00am - 4.30pm AEST
  • Wednesday 3rd January 2018 - Open and return to usual staffing levels
