We want you to be confident in making the right decision for your family, and enjoy the beautiful moments leading up to your new arrival. That’s why we offer a 30 Day Trial and Free Returns.
As part of our 30 Day Trial period, we encourage you to take your Redsbaby product/s out for a few local adventures If, within 30 days, you’re not entirely satisfied with your Redsbaby product/s, you can return your order back to us for free and we will donate it to a family in need via our charitable partners.
If you decide to return your Redsbaby product/s within the 30 Day Trial period, please follow the process outlined below.
*Please note: Prams sold as Ex-Demo, Imperfect Boxes or in a Warehouse Sale are exempt from the 30 Day Trial.
To return your Redsbaby product/s within the 30 Day Pram Trial period, please follow the steps below:
- Re-box your product in it’s original packaging;
- Remove all original shipping labels from packaging;
- Complete Returns Form below;
- Once received, print and secure the return label we email to you;
- Drop your product off at your local post office
Once your form has been submitted, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch with you to arrange the next steps.
Please note, our 30 Day Trial period commences from the date your order is shipped from the Redsbaby warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We only accept returned items that show signs of normal wear and tear, that you would expect in a 30 day trial period. We’re sure you understand that we cannot accept broken, damaged or soiled items.
