I can’t reach the rear strap adjuster to put the carrier on and adjust it for comfortable wearing. What do I do?

We recommend adjusting the back buckle for comfortable wearing when setting up the carrier for comfortable wearing the first time you put it on. This can be done by adjusting the buckle and putting the carrier on to check for comfort, and then removing the carrier and adjusting and so on until you reach the desire setting. This will only need to be done the first time you put the carrier on and adjusted from time to time as your child grows.

You can also have another person assist you once the carrier is on, if available.
