You can try the following suggestions:
- Ensure the baby is positioned correctly in the carrier by propping their weight upwards using your hands whilst still ensuring their legs are comfortably in the ‘M’ position.
- Position the carrier waist belt higher on your waist.
- Ensuring all straps are adjusted to support a higher seating position.
- Use the newborn configuration in the carrier. The recommended weight is 3.2 – 7kg for this configuration.
