My baby is sitting very low in the carrier, how do I raise their body so they’re ‘close enough to kiss’?

You can try the following suggestions:

  • Ensure the baby is positioned correctly in the carrier by propping their weight upwards using your hands whilst still ensuring their legs are comfortably in the ‘M’ position.
  • Position the carrier waist belt higher on your waist.
  • Ensuring all straps are adjusted to support a higher seating position.
  • Use the newborn configuration in the carrier. The recommended weight is 3.2 – 7kg for this configuration.
