Your order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. We use Australia Post to deliver your items to you. Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the Australia Post tracking information for you to track the progress of your order.
Standard delivery can take up to seven (7) business days to arrive with you and your boxes may arrive on separate days.
Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the Australia Post system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
Once you have received your product, please check all items have arrived and are in working order. Please notify our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period, Redsbaby is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
