The straps on the CONNECT Carriers have been designed to be as light and breathable as possible, removing all unnecessary bulk which is on other carriers. This means the straps have movement. Like all new products, it can take time to get used to using and becoming familiar with how it works. The more you use and practice with putting your CONNECT Carrier on and off, the easier you will find to align the straps correctly.

As the shoulder straps on the CONNECT Carrier are fixed and not removable, they are more structured. However, in the unlikely scenario after practicing and getting used to the carrier you still find the straps are light to put on you can use the optional removable padding sold as a separate accessory.
