When will my order be delivered?

Delivery impact due to COVID-19: Please note that orders may be delayed and Australia Post may implement measures to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

We use Australia Post to deliver your products to you.

If your item is in-stock

Your order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

If your item is on pre-order

When you buy an item that is on pre-order, the item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated dispatch date that is outlined on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items

If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped when all items are back in-stock.  There are exceptions to this, for example, when we’re close to the estimated shipping date, we may partially ship your in-stock products to speed up the delivery process or if you have pre-ordered a CONNECT Carrier or CONNECT PLUS Carrier, your Pram order will leave our Sydney warehouse and the CONNECT pre-order will leave us by the 15th of September 2021.

As soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the Australia Post Tracking System.

Your order may be delivered in multiple cartons, across multiple days, depending on what you ordered. If your order includes accessories, these will be packaged in the stroller and/or bassinet box.

Australia Post provides the following delivery timeframes. Please note we ship from Sydney and these are guidelines only.
