Our Promise




We are proud of our products and we back them fully. In fact, at one time or another, our founders and most of our team members have used them in their daily family lives. We also test our products rigorously, and use the same manufacturers that produce some of the world’s biggest and most esteemed brands; not to mention that our brand has been built almost entirely on the word of mouth of happy customers. As a result, we are so confident that you will love your Redsbaby pram or nursery furniture that we offer you…

The Redsbaby Promise

If you would like a refund after receiving your Redsbaby product (excluding shipping costs), you can have one. We will ask why (out of interest and to use the feedback to continually improve), but we will honour the request without question provided it’s within 14 days of the product being delivered and it’s in unused condition.

If you would like to proceed with a return, you can simply email us at info@redsbaby.com.au and we will respond within five (5) days.

For fast processing of your returns request, please be sure to include:

  • the reason for return;
  • your contact details;
  • your order number; and
  • product batch number (the batch number is printed on a sticker that is located on the crossbar above the shopping basket on the stroller frame).

Following our approval of your refund request, we will require you to arrange return shipment of the product to Redsbaby within five (5) business days. We recommend using a registered post service so you can track the return delivery. We also offer a return courier service which you can read more about at the bottom of this page.

Please take care to repack the product as it was originally delivered to you. Failure to repack correctly may result in damage during the return transit which will forfeit your refund.

Once we have received the product and inspected it to ensure it is unused and in original condition including all its original packaging and fillers, we will contact you and arrange a full refund (excluding shipping costs) via bank transfer to your nominated bank account.

Please note that for us to accept your return, the product must be in unused, brand new condition. This means that the product must be returned to Redsbaby in the exact condition that you received it (repacked with all original packaging and without any marks, wear or use). If you have used the product in any way, for example taking the product outside or used it with your child, or the product is returned to us without all its original packaging and packed in the way it was originally sent to you, we cannot honour The Redsbaby Promise.

If you have purchased at one of our Redsbaby demonstration days or events/shows (for example, One Fine Baby Fair) then The Redsbaby Promise does not apply, as you have had the opportunity to see and test the product and we do not offer refunds for change of mind once you have seen and tested the product.

The Redsbaby Promise does not apply to products purchased through our site/ Redsbaby that have been price matched to any third-party sites that are running promotions on Redsbaby products.

We have a return courier service available if you would like us to coordinate the return shipment for you. We will simply deduct the fees from your refund amount. Please let us know in your email to info@redsbaby.com.au  whether you would like to use this service, and we will provide you with a quote based on your nominated address.

Collection will take place from your nominated address on a business day (i.e. not a public holiday or weekend within your state or territory) between 7am and 5.30pm.
