WHAT TO EXPECT
When you buy an item that is on Pre-Order, the item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated shipping date that is outlined on the product page.
As parents ourselves, we know this is an exciting time, and so between the time of placing your order and your items being shipped from our Sydney warehouse, we will email you to keep in touch and share a progress update on your order.
Please note, we make every effort to ship your order by the estimated shipping date, however, on occasion we can experience delays outside of our control.
If your item is in-stock...
Your order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse within three (3) business days of receiving payment.
We use Australia Post to deliver your products to you. Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, standard delivery can take up to seven (7) business days, depending on location please refer to Australia Post delivery timeframes below.
Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information for you to track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the Australia Post tracking system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
Once you have received your order, please check all items have arrived. If you notice that an item is missing, or damaged, we ask you to contact our Customer Care team, on 1300 366 964, within 14 days of receiving your order. Outside of this period, Redsbaby is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items...
We try to reduce our environmental footprint as much as we can, if your order contains a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship when all items are in-stock and according to the estimated shipping date detailed on the product page of the item that is on pre-order.
SHIPPING COST GUIDE
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the postcode of your nominated shipping address and the number of items in your cart.
Metro* area shipping costs:
- $19.95 - $24.95 for JIVE² Platinum, JIVE², METRO² (Stroller and Bassinet) or SKIP Stroller.
- $24.95 - $44.95 for JIVE² Platinum, JIVE² Tandem (Stroller, Bassinet and Second Seat Conversion Kit).
- $8.95 - $14.95 for accessories and/or JIVE² Platinum and JIVE² Second Seat Conversion Kits.
