We deliver prams to metro areas* for the following shipping costs;
- $19.95 - $24.95 for JIVE² or METRO² (Stroller and Bassinet).
- $24.95 - $44.95 for JIVE² Tandem (Stroller, Bassinet and Second Seat Conversion Kit).
- $8.95 - $14.95 for accessories and/or Second Seat Conversion Kits.
*Metro shipping costs excludes Tasmania and Northern Territory. For these costs, please contact Customer Care.

We currently only ship within Australia.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY - IN STOCK ITEMS
Your product will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within three (3) business days of receiving payment (note pre-order items will be dispatched when they arrive in our warehouse).
We use Australia Post to deliver your products to you. Once your order has left our Sydney warehouse, standard delivery can take up to seven (7) business days.
As soon as your order has left our Sydney warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to notify you that your order is on its way. This email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website. Please note that it often takes up to 12 hours for your eParcel tracking number to be searchable in the system.
If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
Once you have received your product, please check all items have arrived and are in working order. Please notify our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period, Redsbaby is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims).
Important information regarding dispatch of in-stock and pre-order items:
- If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when all items are back in stock.
- If all items in your order are in stock, we will ship your order immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot take payment for orders and ship at a later date.

Your shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the postcode of your nominated shipping address and the number of items in your cart.

You can estimate your shipping by adding all the items you would like to your cart, then clicking on the
'VIEW CART'button at the top right hand corner of the website. Scroll down and click 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX' and the below fields will appear. Fill in the details, click 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX' and it will estimate the shipping for you.
We offer a pre-order service for items that are out of stock, or due to launch shortly. This allows you to secure a new product or product that is on back-order and ensures that you are the first to receive it once the stock hits our warehouse. We will also provide you with the estimated availability date so you know when to expect your product. If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when all items are back in stock.
*NOTE REGARDING ITEMS ON PRE-ORDER: While we make every effort possible to dispatch your order in line with the ‘expected dispatch date’ listed on each product page for pre-order items, very occasionally delays outside our control can occur. As such, we cannot guarantee a specific dispatch date and our ‘expected dispatch dates’ are provided as estimated timeframes only.
