*Flat rate $19.95 shipping to metro areas excludes Tasmania and Northern Territory and applies to one pram per order (excludes the Tandem and nursery furniture). Metro areas are determined by postcode, according to Australia Post.
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand only. You will be able to estimate the shipping cost by adding your items to the cart and clicking on “view and edit cart” and then selecting “estimate shipping costs.”
Your product will be dispatched from our warehouse within three (3) business days of receiving payment (note pre-order items will be dispatched when they arrive in our warehouse). You will be notified the status of your order upon dispatch (via email) and be provided with a tracking number for your parcel. Products will generally be delivered to metropolitan areas within 5-10 business days.
We use Australia Post (eParcel) for all deliveries. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and unfortunately we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.
Important information regarding dispatch of in-stock and pre-order items:
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the postcode of your nominated shipping address and the number of items in your cart.
You can estimate your shipping by adding all the items you would like to your cart, then clicking on the 'VIEW CART' button at the top right hand corner of the website. Scroll down and click 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX' and the below fields will appear. Fill in the details, click 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAX' and it will estimate the shipping for you.
Currently we ship the PALOMA nursery range through Toll IPEC to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra metro areas only. The shipping cost is $49.95 per item. The reason why we have been able to offer such competitive pricing is because there are some conditions.
Furniture is heavy, large and bulky. A strong, able-bodied person is required to assist the courier with delivery - without this, the driver will not take your furniture off the truck and it will be returned to the depot. You will receive a dispatch email when the items have left our warehouse so you can organise for someone to be at your nominated address for delivery. No authority to leave is offered; however, courier will leave a card with a redelivery option and you can liaise with the service directly to organise this. If a second attempt is made and you are not home, or the address you ave given is incorrect, you will be charged $49.95 per item for re-shipping.
We offer a pre-order service for items that are out of stock, or due to launch shortly. This allows you to secure a new product or product that is on back-order and ensures that you are the first to receive it once the stock hits our warehouse. We will also provide you with the estimated availability date so you know when to expect your product. If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when all items are back in stock.
