What does the status of my order mean?

To check if the item you have ordered is in stock or not, please click here and then press the button saying Current Estimated Shipping Dates or call us on 1300 344 964 and we can check the latest estimated shipping date information for you.

  • Awaiting Payment – Please finalise payment of your order
  • Order Processing – We have received your order and it is being checked
  • Order Confirmed – Your order is confirmed and awiating shipping from our warehouse
  • Partially Shipped – Some items in your order have been shipped
  • Shipped – Your full order has been shipped

If your item is in-stock

Your order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse within three (3) business days of receiving payment.

If your item is on pre-order

When you buy an item that is on pre-order, the item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated shipping date that is displayed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items

If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped when all items are in-stock.
