What is the warranty claim period for a Redsbaby JIVE²/METRO²?

The warranty claim period is 24 months for the JIVE² and METRO² Redsbaby Prams and SKIP stroller products.

The warranty periods started from the date your product(s) were shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

While all our products have been designed to withstand the ins and outs of daily life with your growing family, on occasion you might need to return your product for repair.

For some smaller warranty claims, we may be able to send you a replacement part free of charge which will allow you to get back out and about quicker. Our helpful Customer Care team will discuss these options with you when they respond to your claim.

When your warranty expires, we’re still here to support you through our Australia-wide pram service network and spare parts.
