Why have I only received part of my delivery?

Even though we dispatch all of the items in your order at the same time, Australia Post will sometimes separate them in transit. This can sometimes be due to the different sizes and weights of the boxes.

Your tracking will show the number of items in transit and you can drop this tab down to see each item (please see example below):

Generally, most items will arrive within 48hrs of the first delivery.

If you are missing a box, it is likely that we have split your pre-order delivery to speed up the delivery process and you will receive a separate tracking number for the remainder of your pre-order.  If you have any queries regarding this, please contact Customer Care on 1300 344 964 or email us at [email protected] and we can check this for you.
