How do I change my delivery address?

Once your order status has changed to "Order Confirmed", we are unable to make any changes to your order, including any changes to your delivery address, however, you may be able to re-direct your delivery via Australia Post once you have received your shipping notification from Australia Post. If your order status is Awaiting Fulfilment and you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 344 964 and they will be happy to assist you.

How much are shipping costs?

Why is my tracking number not updating?

As soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the Australia Post Tracking System. If after 48 hours your tracking information is still not displaying / updating, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 344 964, who will be more than happy to assist.

Why have I only received part of my delivery?

Even though we dispatch all of the items in your order at the same time, Australia Post will sometimes separate them in transit. This can sometimes be due to the different sizes and weights of the boxes.
