The warranty claim period is 12 months for our 2017 and earlier products. Warranty periods start from the date your product(s) are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. While all our products have been designed to withstand the ins and outs of daily life with your growing family, on occasion you might need to return your product for repair. When your warranty expires, we’re still here to support you through our Australia-wide pram service network and spare parts.

Am I covered under warranty if I buy a Redsbaby pram or spare part from a second-hand seller or website?

Unfortunately, all Item/s purchased from a second-hand website are not covered under our warranty period. All Redsbaby product warranties are non-transferable. For a warranty claim to be valid, it must be made within the claims period and made by the original purchaser.
