IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK:

Your order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse, and we will send you an email with the tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

IF YOUR ITEM IS ON PRE-ORDER:

When you buy an item that is on pre-order, the item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated shipping date that is displayed on the product page.

IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES BOTH IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Once an order has shipped, please allow up to seven (7) business days for your order to arrive with you.

At this time, we're only able to ship within Australia.

If you require international delivery, your order would need to be shipped to an Australian delivery address and then forwarded to you.

If you've only received part of your delivery, your order may have been split during the shipping process, please allow an additional 3 business days for the remainder of the order to arrive with you.

If the additional 3 business days have passed and your order has still not arrived with you, please contact us.

30 Day Trial

The 30 Day Trial starts from the day you receive your products.

When your products arrive, unbox and set them up to ensure they're right for your family. Products must be returned in unused, resaleable condition with all orginal labels and packaging. Read full terms and conditions.

No. The Britax Unity NEOS, Accessories, Furniture and Furniture Accessories, Outlet and Spare Parts are not eligible for the 30 Day Trial. These items must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and in their original packaging.

Products must be returned unused and in resaleable condition with all original labels and packaging. We recommend you unbox your products inside on a soft surface such as a rug or carpet. Any products showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. Read full terms and conditions.

Yes. You will need to keep all orginial packaging. Refunds will not be issued for products not returned in their original packaging.

For products that are eligible for our 30 Day Trial, we pay for the cost of the return shipping. Once your return request is submitted, we will email an Australia Post label to you to secure on each box that you’re returning to us. When you take the boxes to your nearest Post Office, they will scan the label to track your returns.

Products excluded from the 30 Day Trial include: Britax Unity NEOS, Accessories, Furniture and Furniture Accessories, Outlet and Spare Parts. These items can still be returned to Redsbaby in alignment with our Terms and Conditions at the customer's expense.

Please complete a return request via our Support Centre within 30 days of receiving your products. Instructions will be provided once the request has been submitted.
