What is the age range for the ARBOUR Cot?
The ARBOUR Cot is suitable for newborn to 5 years (approx.).
At what age do you recommend converting the ARBOUR Cot from the high (newborn) position to the low position?
Adjust the position of your ARBOUR Cot mattress base to the lower position once your child can sit up unaided (approx. 5-8 months old). This reduces the risk of your child climbing and falling out of the cot.
At what age do you recommend converting from the ARBOUR Cot to the toddler bed configuration?
The ARBOUR Cot can be used until your child is approximately two years old (24 months) or 18Kg. Once your child is independent and ready to go to a toddler bed, you can convert your cot into a toddler bed using the toddler rail guard included with your ARBOUR Cot.
What are the dimensions of the ARBOUR Cot?
The ARBOUR Cot measures 1350mm L x 740 mm W x 900mm H and has been designed to fit through a standard doorway. This allows you to easily move the cot from your bedroom to the nursery if you are sleeping your baby in your room for the first 6-12 months.
What is the recommended mattress size for use with the ARBOUR Cot?
The ARBOUR Cot must be used with a mattress measuring 1300mm L x 690mm W x 125mm.
You must use the recommended sized mattress with your ARBOUR Cot as this ensures there are no dangerous gaps formed between the sides of the cot and the sides of the mattress and that there is a safe height between the top of the cot sides and the top of the cot mattress.
Specifically, the gaps between the mattress and the sides of the cot must not exceed 40mm when the mattress is pushed to one side or end and 20mm when the mattress is centred in the cot. The depth of the cot in the lower position must be greater than 500mm from the top of the cot mattress to the top of the cot sides. This height reduces the risk of a child climbing or falling out of the cot.
Our Cot Mattress has been designed to meet the exact specifications for use with your ARBOUR Cot.
Should there be variations in the wood grain on my ARBOUR Cot?
The ARBOUR Cot is made from natural and solid European Beechwood. Each piece of wood is hand-selected, with slight variations in the thickness and direction of the grain. This variation is a beautiful characteristic of natural wood. You will see this on our natural colourway.
How long is the warranty claim period for the ARBOUR Cot?
Our products are built to last and come with a 36 Month Warranty.
Our ARBOUR Cot comes with a standard 24 Month Warranty with an additional 12-month warranty provided when you register your furniture online within 60 days of receiving it.
How do I clean my ARBOUR Cot?
Wipe your ARBOUR Cot with a damp cloth and use mild soap solution if necessary. Do not use any abrasive cleaners and ensure your cot is positioned or stored in a clean and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
How do I assemble my ARBOUR Cot?
Our furniture comes flat packed with easy assembly instructions in the Product Guides supplied with the product.
What materials is the ARBOUR Cot made from?
The highest quality and durable materials have been hand-selected for our ARBOUR Cot. Made from solid and natural woods, including European Beechwood, your furniture will last for years to come.
We strive to use resources and make decisions that safeguard our planet for future generations. That's why our ARBOUR Collection uses a range of sustainable and socially responsible materials, including FSC certified woods, OEKO-TEX® and 100% recycled PET materials.
What safety standards does the ARBOUR Cot comply with?

Its design also complies with the Australian mandatory and voluntary safety requirements of CPN No.6 2005 and AS/NZS 2172: 2013 (Cots for household use - Safety requirements).
