The AERON is the right pram for you if you’re looking for a small, compact and agile pram that has most of the features that a full-sized single pram has to offer (for example a reversible and reclinable seat, option for a bassinet/newborn pod and more) all in a smaller size.

It's an excellent choice if you live in an apartment, have a small car boot, or simply want a more compact and easier-to-navigate pram for your daily adventures.

Yes. The AERON Stroller is suitable to use for newborns.

We recommend you use the AERON Newborn Pod or the Bassinet to provide additional support for your newborn, which can be purchased together with your AERON Pram with a saving or purchased separately in the future.

Both the Newborn Pod and Bassinet adhere to recommendations from baby sleep experts, which advise that newborns should sleep on a flat surface while their spine and neck muscles develop, and in a space with adequate airflow.

Alternatively, you can use the seat in the fully reclined position with the seat harness for your newborn.

Yes. The AERON can carry a second child on the Bumprider Original Toddler Board. This is a universal accessory sold via baby retailers only and is not sold by Redsbaby.

Both the Newborn Pod and Bassinet offer a comfortable and safe space for your newborn baby for up to 6 months.

The Newborn Pod is the ideal choice if you prefer a lightweight and compact design. It utilises the 5-point safety harness of the seat to secure your baby.

The Bassinet is perfect for those who prefer a design with rigid sides that can be detached from the pram frame and placed on the ground (free-standing). The Bassinet is also larger, providing more space for your baby and allowing you to place your baby directly in the bassinet without the need for the seat harness. Additionally, the bassinet can be folded flat for convenient storage.

Yes. The AERON Pram is compatible with a range of baby capsules including Britax* (b-pod and b-pod lite), Maxi-Cosi (Mico 6 and Maxi-Cosi Mico AP), NUNA Klik, Bugaboo Turtle and Joie i-Gemm.

The AERON Pram is not compatible with the Maxi-Cosi Mico 12/ 12XL.

You will need to purchase the AERON Capsule Adaptors (sold separately) to use your AERON Pram with compatible capsules.

The Britax b-pod lite offers a superior fit due to its connection points that seamlessly match Redsbaby prams. This design allows the capsule to effortlessly slide onto and connect with the capsule adaptors.

The Britax b-pod lite’s unique single-hand release lever is a feature not found on any other baby capsule. This lever makes it the easiest baby capsule to remove from our prams. No. The AERON pram cannot be taken on board as carry-on luggage.

However, with its very compact and lightweight design, it’s an excellent option when taken as checked-in baggage, particularly for longer trips overseas where you want all the functionality of a full-sized pram in a lightweight and compact form (including features such as a reversible seat, large basket, option for a bassinet and more).

The AERON is one of the most compact prams in its class and takes up very little space in the car, making it the ideal choice for small boots. It folds with its seat both world and parent-facing and the optional bassinet has a fold-flat design, allowing for more space.

We recommend you check the below measurements:

• Folded (parent-facing): H 60cm x W 48cm x L 26cm
• Folded (world-facing): H 60cm x W 48cm x L 46cm
• Bassinet only (when fold-flat): H 21cm x 82cm x 40cm

For the most compact fold, we recommend folding in parent-facing mode.

AERON PRAM SPECS

Currently, the AERON is not compatible with our Redsbaby Buggyboard.

The AERON is an agile, compact urban pram with a unique one-step, one-second fold with the seat attached parent or world-facing. It features a full mesh panel on the seat back for optimal airflow, along with an adjustable canopy providing extra headroom as your child grows. It has a more compact footprint, smaller wheels and an 8kg capacity basket. An optional bassinet or newborn pod can be purchased for your newborn up to 6 months.

The METRO is a full-size single pram that comes with a bassinet included. It folds with its seat attached world-facing in one step, has an extra-large 10kg capacity basket and a seat that is positioned higher on the pram frame. It features larger front and rear wheels, has a larger footprint, and carry a second child with the Redsbaby Buggyboard.

Step 1: Remove the bassinet or capsule from the pram, ensuring you leave the bassinet or capsule adaptors attached to the pram frame.

Step 2: Stand behind the handle and locate the lever on each adaptor and push downward at the same time to activate the fold.

Step 3 (optional): For a more compact fold (when using the capsule), remove the adaptors from the frame once the frame is folded.

Yes. The AERON seat must be attached to the frame to activate the fold. The seat can be attached either parent or world-facing to fold.

To fold, locate the latch at the top of the seat back and simultaneously slide the frame fold latch left or right and pull the seat recline upwards.

No. The Redsbaby Bassinet Stand is not compatible with the AERON Bassinet due to the connection point being incompatible. Only the JIVE and METRO are compatible with the Bassinet Stand.

Note: Accessories with either ‘JIVE/ METRO’, ‘SKIP’ or ‘NUVO’ in their product name are not compatible with the AERON Pram or Bassinet.

For the most compact fold, we recommend folding the AERON with the seat parent-facing.

Occasionally when folding, the wheels may come into contact with the frame and stop the fold before it locks into place. Simply pick up the pram using the carry strap and click into its folded position.

Yes, the Redsbaby Cup Holder is compatible with the AERON, however you will need an AERON Cup Holder Clip for the pram frame to click the cup holder into place. The AERON Cup Holder Clip is available as a spare part and can be purchased here.

Yes, the seat pad comes included with the AERON pram. It is reversible and can be removed to expose the full mesh seat back.

No. The seat pad does not need to be removed to fold the AERON Pram.

We’re proud that the AERON packaging is over 95% plastic-free. Since 2020, we started transitioning our product packaging to be plastic-free wherever possible so far saving over 300,000 poly bags from landfill. For our generation and yours to come.

Additional care instructions
Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning products or products that contain alcohol, as this may cause stains, discolouration and damage, particularly to the leatherette parts of your pram.
